01.General Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and xx4. They apply to all services available on the platform — including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bingo and the game lobby — as well as all promotions, bonuses and VIP programme benefits.

02.Account Registration

Each game type and each individual market operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game or betting section.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled unless xx4 specifically allows cash-out on that market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific market.
• xx4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error was clearly present, or where integrity concerns arise after settlement.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event apply and are visible at the point of bet placement.

For casino games and slots, game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game history and results can be reviewed from within your account. In the event of a technical failure mid-game round, xx4 will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the incomplete round will be voided and any stake involved will be returned to your balance.

For bingo, draws run on a fixed schedule per room. Tickets must be purchased before the draw commences. Winning cards are verified automatically by the system and prizes credited to accounts promptly after each draw.

06.Player Conduct
